Plastics New Zealand has developed an Emerging Leaders programme to support our Members in growing the leadership capabilities within their companies. Send your employees on our courses and create a leadership team that delivers higher levels of productivity and performance while also remaining calm and resilient under pressure.

We often promote our brightest and most enthusiastic employees to positions that require them to take on more responsibility with little leadership development. The PNZ Emerging Leaders programme presents the “The Inside-out of Leadership faciltated by Gilly Chater", a course which has assisted many of our industries up and coming leaders to become more effective from the day they complete the course.

With momentum on our side we now plan to provide further programs in 2016
