Sector Groups

Currently there are two Sector Groups under the umbrella of PlasticsNZ. They are  Expanded Polystyrene (EPS Sector Group) and plastic pipe and fittings (Plastic Industry Pipe Association of New Zealand - PIPA NZ). The groups advocate for the manufacturers, raw material suppliers and installers for these sectors with the aim of providing improved industry standards, training and environmental policy.

EPS is a scientifically innovative and versatile material which is often used in the insulation industry. The EPS sector group works to ensure industry standards, training and environmental policy for their industry. Find out more

PIPA NZ which is aligned with PIPA Australia ensures that the correct specifications, environmental policy and training is undertaken for the pipe plastics and fittings industry. Find out more
