Last year our Auckland, Waikato and South Island Branches had great fun getting stuck in and cleaning up litter in our local waterways. Over 80 people took part across the three branches, and they pulled out more than 1,200kg of rubbish that would have otherwise ended up in the sea. Everyone agreed it was a great thing to do and very rewarding.

In 2018 we would like even more people involved. Lets see if we can clean up even more rubbish this year!

Once again Plastics New Zealand is partnering with Keep NZ Beautiful to join in the National Clean Up Week. Register your company now to run your own clean-up day or half day, during the week 10-16 September. Or take part in one of our Branch events.

Keep New Zealand Beautiful will provide you and your team with everything you need to run a clean-up, including Information, gloves,   rubbish bags, and free disposal of collected rubbish.

OPTION 1: Go it Alone

Register your company with Keep NZ Beautiful. Gather up as many staff as you like. Make it fun. Maybe even  involve their families too if you like. You choose where you want to clean up, what day during the week of 10-16 September, and how long your clean-up will run for. Whatever you decide to do you will get help and guidance from KNZB.

Simply register online at Keep New Zealand Beautiful

REMEMBER, let us know that you are running an event so we can report back on what everyone has achieved

OPTION 2: Join in With Your Local PNZ Branch

Take part in one of our PNZ branch coordinated clean-ups.  Find your local branch event here. Come along yourself, and bring some staff with you.
