ACC Webinar

Every team member counts - helping injured employees recover at work while keeping business moving

Last year, injuries resulted in more than 20.8 million lost workdays, contributing to an estimated $8.7 billion in lost productivity. That’s a significant loss of capability, skills and productivity across New Zealand businesses.

Plastics NZ members will understand the challenges that can arise and the impact on productivity when an employee is away from work due to injury. For small businesses, where resources may be limited to pick up the extra workload, having the right support and understanding can be critical.

ACC is committed to supporting businesses, big or small, to create workplaces where injured employees can recover safely while remaining connected to work to improve outcomes for injured people while helping businesses retain skills and maintain productivity.

Join ACC Strategic Partner, Rebecca Mitchell for a member-only session exploring:

  • * The Recovery at Work trial ACC led last year, including the interventions tested, the outcomes achieved, and the evidence showing the benefits for both injured employees and businesses.
